Atty. Onur Can Keskin, has graduated from Ankara Gazi Anatolian High School and received his Bachelor’s degree at Faculty of Law of Dokuz Eylül. He has received his Master’s Degree on Public Law from Ankara University Social Sciences Institute. He continues his PhD studies on public law and another Master Program on journalism at Ankara University Social Sciences Institute.
Keskin, conducted research studies abroad at Freiburg University (Freiburg Albert Ludwig Universität) and Max Planck Institute (Max-Planck-Institut Für Ausländısches Und Internationales Strafrecht).
He has attended the Legal English for Lawyers Certificate Program of The Research Institute of Banking and Commercial Law; Civil Disputes Mediation Education organized by Hacettepe University; Basic Mediation Skills Education organized by Istanbul Bilgi University, Union of Turkish Bar Associations, the Council of Europe, ADR Center, CEDR, the IBF International and PwC, Freedom of Thought and Expression Education, Right to Freedom and Security Education, Right to Fair Trial Education and Right to Property Education by Ankara Bar Association; European Convention on Human Rights Education for Lawyers by Union of Turkish Bar Associations and the Council of Europe; Criminal Procedure Law Education, Legal Aid Education, Criminal Law Mediating Lawyer Education by Ankara Bar Association; Training of Trainees Supporting of the System of Individual Application to Court of Constitution Joint Project organized by the Council of Europe; Mediation in Criminal Procedure Education given by the Ankara University Continuing Education Center; Compulsory Mediation in Labor Law Disputes Education organized by Ankara University.
He has also attended various congresses and symposiums as a speaker held in Ankara University Faculty of Law, Antalya Akdeniz University, Middle East Technical University, Gazi University, Ankara University Faculty of Language History and Geography, Konya Selçuk University, Konya Karatay University and Çukurova University. He has plaques of the best paper chosen by the referees and appreciation.
He has contributed as a guest lecturer to the Introduction to Law course at the undergraduate degree at the Faculty of Communication of Ankara University and a guest to the Informatics Law course at the undergraduate degree of Atılım University.
Keskin has served as an expert witness until 2018.
Since 2008, he has been a legal counselor and an attorney called to Ankara Bar Association.
He is a Civil Disputes Mediator registered to the Ministry of Justice Mediators List.
He is a mediator in Criminal Law.
Serves as an attorney for Ankara Bar Association Legal Aid and CMK Center.
