About Us

Atty. Onur Can Keskin, has graduated from Ankara Gazi Anatolian High School and received his Bachelor’s degree at Faculty of Law of Dokuz Eylül. He received his Master’s Degree in Public Law from the Ankara University Social Sciences Institute and completed his Ph.D. in the same department. 

Keskin, conducted research studies abroad at Freiburg University (Freiburg Albert Ludwig Universität) and Max Planck Institute (Max-Planck-Institut Für Ausländısches Und Internationales Strafrecht).

Keskin has served as an expert witness until 2018.

Since 2008, he has been a legal counselor and an attorney called to Ankara Bar Association.

He is a Civil Disputes Mediator registered to the Ministry of Justice Mediators List.

He is a mediator in Criminal Law.

Serves as an attorney for Ankara Bar Association Legal Aid and CMK Center.
